COVID-19 Update

INFORMATION ABOUT CHANGES TO OUR SERVICES AND ACCOMMODATION IN ORDER TO COMPLY WITH HEALTH AND SAFETY REGULATIONS RELATING TO COVID-19.

Dear Customers,

Christina Studios would like to inform you that the accommodation is fully compliant with the special protocols relating to health and safety on which the tour companies operate.

The measures to safeguard against the possible spread of CIVID-19 are defined by the Joint Ministerial Decision No. 1881/19.5.2020 of the Ministers of Finance – Health – Tourism (Government Gazette 2084 B / 29-5-2020.)

All staff of the accommodation has received the necessary training to comply with health protocols.

The accommodation has been certified “Health First” by the Ministry of Tourism, confirming that it adheres to all health protocols.

More specifically, we would like to inform you of the following modifications:

✓ The accommodation operates extended check-in and check-out hours between residence (Check-out 11.00 am and Check in from 3.00 pm).
✓ For the purposes of public health protection, at Check-in guests will be asked to provide details of close contacts, so that in the unlikely event of infection it is possible to contact the nominated person(s).
✓ Social distancing of 2 metres is to be observed.
✓ Buffet breakfast can no longer be provided.
✓ It is forbidden for non-residents to enter the guests' rooms.
✓ Daily cleaning of rooms will no longer take place.
✓ Cleaning of rooms and changing of linen will be provided only at the request of the customer.
✓ To re-circulate the air, the use of air conditioning is not recommended. As far as possible, please use natural ventilation.
✓ Please ensure strict adherence to the times and rules for the use of the pool:
• 2 metres distance between seats, if seated next to people occupying a different room to you.
• Use the shower before entering and leaving the pool.
• The maximum number of 20 people in the pool at any one time.

In all areas, including your rooms, adequate information is provided to residents about the activities of the accommodation and instructions, aiming to ensure compliance with the measures.
